First time practitioners to advanced Yogis will enjoy this fun, movement-based flow class. Linking fluid movements to breath, you will enjoy flowing from one posture to the next while increasing flexibility and toning/strengthening the body. The breath-work and guided meditation will help to calm the mind. You will leave this class feeling cleansed and centered. This practice is designed to deepen the mind-body connection but it is also meant to be FUN. So, come downtown in the morning and play with us!
Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. If you don't have a mat we can provide one for you to use during the class. Yoga is a form of movement that can be very warming to the body so bring a towel and some water.
